Terms of Service

Mira Inventory · last updated July 2026

These terms are written in plain language on purpose. By creating a Mira Inventory account you agree to them.

1. The service

Mira Inventory is an AI-assisted inventory bookkeeping service: you submit entries (by photo, upload or chat), the assistant stages them as cards, you confirm them, and the service maintains your stock records and reports. It is operated from India by the MiraCMO family for businesses in India.

2. Your account

One account per business. Keep your password safe; actions taken under your login are yours. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

3. Pricing and billing

  • The subscription is ₹5,000 per month. Your first month is free.
  • You receive ₹1,000 of promotional AI credits at signup.
  • AI usage is metered per assistant turn (typically ₹1–2 per entry) and debited from your prepaid wallet. Every debit is visible in your account.
  • No card is required to start. Wallet top-ups are currently made by bank transfer or UPI and credited manually; online payment is planned.
  • During the free month you are never blocked for a low wallet. On the paid plan, if your wallet cannot cover usage or subscription, your account becomes read-only — your data remains safe and visible — until you top up.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime; there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Unused promotional credits lapse on cancellation; genuine unused top-up balances are refundable on request. You can request a full export of your data, and deletion per the Privacy Policy.

5. Your data

Your inventory data is yours. We store it in an isolated per-business database, back it up, and use it only to operate the service (see the Privacy Policy, including how AI processing works).

6. Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful business record-keeping. Don't attempt to access other tenants' data, resell the service, or abuse the AI assistant for purposes unrelated to your inventory. We may suspend accounts that threaten the service or other customers, and we'll tell you why.

7. Honest limits

  • The assistant stages entries; you confirm them. You are responsible for reviewing cards before confirming.
  • Mira Inventory is a stock bookkeeping tool, not an accounting, tax or legal product. It does not produce statutory records, and nothing in it is professional advice.
  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nightly reports and backups are best-effort safeguards, not insurance.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business decisions taken on the basis of records you confirmed.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we will email account holders before the change takes effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
