What do I need to do every day?
Fill the printed daily sheet as you work — the same habit most kitchens and workshops already have — and photograph it at close. Review the staged cards, tap Confirm. That's the whole daily commitment: about a minute of screen time.
What if the AI misreads my sheet or invoice?
Nothing is booked automatically. Every reading becomes a card showing exactly what will be entered, and only your Confirm posts it. If a card is wrong, correct it — and the assistant proposes a rule so the same mistake doesn't recur. Accuracy compounds over time.
Will it ever "fix" my numbers behind my back?
No, and this is the core design decision. Duplicates are refused. Entries that are physically impossible are recorded as visible debts for you to resolve. The system would rather show you an ugly true number than a tidy false one.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The first month is free with ₹1,000 of AI credits included, and we don't collect payment details at signup.
What does it cost after the free month?
₹5,000/month flat, plus AI usage at roughly ₹1–2 per entry from a prepaid wallet. Every wallet debit is visible in your account. Cancel anytime.
How do wallet top-ups work?
For now, by bank transfer or UPI — email us and we credit your wallet the same day. Online payments are on the way. If your wallet empties on the paid plan, the account goes read-only (data safe, nothing lost) until you top up. During the free month you're never blocked.
Can it handle recipes and manufacturing?
Yes. Define recipes during setup (or later) and a single "made 3 kg" entry consumes the right raw materials automatically. If you only buy and sell, skip recipes entirely — trade-only mode works fine.
My units are unusual — dozens, grams to 3 decimals, thaals?
The setup interview learns your units and vocabulary, whatever they are. Jewellers count grams to three decimals; bakers count in dozens; the assistant books in the units you actually speak.
Where does my data live? Who can see it?
Each business gets its own isolated database — your data is never mixed with anyone else's, and it is backed up automatically. We don't sell data or run ads. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Can several people use one account?
The daily sheet is deliberately shareable — anyone on the team can write on it during the day. The app itself is one login per business today; if you need separate logins per staff member, tell us — it's on the list.
Is this an accounting or GST product?
No. Mira Inventory keeps exact stock books. It is not an accounting package and doesn't file returns — though its nightly PDFs make your accountant's life considerably easier.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays yours. Request an export anytime, and we delete your data on request after cancellation.
